After the Tide

After the Tide looks down across a shifting shoreline, where a pool of peach-lit water is held between sweeping banks of deep blue-grey. Soft layers gather towards the horizon, while the irregular central shape creates an arresting break in the darker foreground. The reflected light feels momentary, as though the tide has just drawn back.

Warm sand, blush, muted gold and chalky cream sit against slate blue, petrol green and charcoal. This balance of warmth and depth works particularly well with warm white, stone, clay and soft grey interiors, alongside natural oak, pale timber, linen, travertine and handmade ceramics.
