We want you to feel completely confident choosing artwork for your home.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
In addition to your statutory rights, Daisy & Co offers a 30-day returns period for eligible items. Please contact us at hello@daisyandcoart.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to arrange a return.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaged carefully to protect them in transit. We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if an item has been handled beyond what would normally be necessary to inspect it.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@daisyandcoart.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Personalised or bespoke items
Items that have been made to your individual specification or personalised specifically for you may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
