FAQ

What are your prints made of?

Every piece is giclée printed on 400gsm artist-grade canvas using archival pigment inks, stretched over solid wood bars. The same materials galleries use, because there is no version of this worth doing cheaply. Full detail on our Materials & Quality page.

Do they arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Canvases arrive stretched, with hanging fixtures included. Out of the box and onto the wall in a minute or two.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is printed to order in the UK and dispatched within 2–5 working days, then sent tracked. Nothing is mass-produced or warehoused.

Where do you deliver?

Across the UK, with delivery included. If you are elsewhere in the world and have fallen for a piece, write to us — we can usually arrange something.

Which size should I choose?

Our Size Guide covers all five sizes with honest guidance on where each works — and when in doubt, go one size up.

Why is the range so small?

Because it is an edit, not a catalogue. Every piece is developed slowly in the studio, in a palette of ink, moss, bone and old gold, and only joins the collection if it can hold a wall on its own. Most attempts are abandoned. The few that survive become the edit.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within a week of delivery and we will replace it, without fuss and without charge.

Can I return a print?

If a piece does not work in your space, tell us within 30 days. Details on our Delivery & Returns page, and the full promise on Our Guarantee.

Will there be new work?

Yes — in small, occasional drops rather than a constant stream. Join the list and you will hear first.
