Shipping & Delivery

Daisy & Co artwork is printed and finished to order in the UK.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way, together with tracking information where available.

Delivery areas

Free standard delivery is available to UK destinations covered by our standard shipping service.

Delivery arrangements for locations outside our standard UK delivery area may vary. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us at hello@daisyandcoart.com before ordering and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged and any applicable cost.

Delivery delays

We will always aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, but occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.

Damaged parcels

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact hello@daisyandcoart.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.
